- Ensuring lawful data collection and usage
- Configuring workflows in line with your internal policies and regulations
7. Integrations & Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., CRM systems, social media, messaging platforms) to enable seamless data flow and automation across business systems.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Emojot is not responsible for the availability, performance, or reliability of third-party systems
- Emojot is not responsible for how third-party services process or store data outside the Emojot platform
- You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the privacy policies, terms, and data handling practices of any third-party services before enabling integrations
8. Service Availability
Emojot strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external dependencies.

All rights to the platform, including software, design, and AI models, remain the property of Emojot.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission.
12. Subscription & Billing
Access to Emojot services is provided on a subscription basis.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emojot is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or reputation
- Decisions made based on platform insights
14. Termination
Emojot may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payment obligations are not met
- The platform is misused
Effect of Termination
Upon termination or expiration of services:
- You will no longer have access to the platform and associated services
- You may request a copy of your data within a reasonable period, subject to applicable laws and contractual terms
- Emojot will retain data only as required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes
